With experience as a Chairman and a board member of companies in the travel &#038; tourism, petrochemicals, real-estate, and industries (Altayyar, Alujain, Tatweer Buildings, Cementra Cement, FAD Investment &#038; Development), he brings to the table an excellent portfolio and valuable expertise. He holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration with honours from Colorado State University and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering with honours from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.<br><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Ahmed Samer Bin Mohammed Hamdi Al-Zaim<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VICE CHAIRMAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to his membership in the board of (Al-Tayyar Travel Holding Group), he is a board member in &nbsp;Al-Rajhi Takaful Company, Riyadh Cables Group Company, Saudi Modern Company for Specialized Cables &#038; Wires Industry, Riyadh Cables Company, Saudi Modern Company for Cables ltd, Gulf International Company for Contracting Real Estate Investment and Subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And he is the Board Chairman in Saudi Modern Company for Metals and Plastic industry, Saudi Modern Company for Telephone Cables Industry and Lightech Company. Mr. Alzaim hold bachelor degree in Business Administration<br><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Dawood<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOARD MEMBER &#038; MANGING DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since joining Seera Group in 2015, Abdullah Bin Nasser Aldawood designed and implemented Seera\u2019s transformation programme as the CEO of the group. As the Managing Director at Seera, a role he took on in April 2021, he is further driving the strategy for the continuous transformation journey Seera has embarked on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abdullah also acts as the Managing Director at Qiddiyah, the Kingdom\u2019s capital of entertainment Giga project. Qiddiyah is set to offer entertainment, sports, and arts in Saudi Arabia aligning with the spirit of Saudi\u2019s 2030 vision.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abdullah is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Entertainment Ventures, an owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alraedah Finance Company. Abdullah has over 11 years of experience in investment banking, where he held several executive positions, including Vice President of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abdullah holds a master\u2019s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Georgetown University in the United States as well as a master\u2019s degree in Business Administration with honours from the same university. He holds a first class honours bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Ibrahim Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rashed<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ibrahim Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rashed is an inspiring and motivational executive director with first-rate interpersonal skills at Colliers International \u2013 Saudi Operations where he was a co-founder. He is equipped with more than 15 years of experience in various fields. He has also worked as a Senior Manager in the auditing department of Ernst and Young \u2013 Riyadh. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas, USA and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, where he majored in Accounting at King Saud University.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Majed Bin Ayed AlNefaie<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Majed Alnefaie has been a board member of the Group since 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the travel, hospitality and leisure industry. He is a member of the board at the Retaj Company, the Al-Hanove Travel Company and the Al-Mawasim Tours Company. He is also the CEO of the Al-Mawasim Hajj and Umrah Services Company. He has served as Hotel Manager at the Hilton Towers from 1999 to 2004. In addition to being a board member, he also manages a number of companies that specialize in the field of tourism and hotel services.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Mazen Bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazen Bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir had worked in several positions before joining the board of members at Seera. He was also the Executive Vice President for the Amwal AlKhaleej\u2019s Company from 2007 till 2010, prior to which he served as an Advisor to the Director-General at the Saudi Oger Company from 2006 till 2007. He was also an Advisor at the \"McKinsey &#038; Company\" in USA. Furthermore, he owns several business projects, and is an investor in a number of companies, and also serves as a member of several investment funds managed by more than a single company. He holds a Bachelor\u2019s and a Master\u2019s degree from Harvard University, USA.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Yazeed Khalid Al-Muhaizaa<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yazeed Khalid Al-Muhaizaa is an Assistant General Manager and Head of International Markets at Hassana Investment Company, where he has been since 2014. Prior to that he worked as an Investment Analyst at the Portfolio Management Department at the General Organization for Social Insurance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2007 to 2014.<\/p>\n\n
