We were the largest corporate shareholder and one of the earliest investors in Careem since 2014. We were firm believers in the company and its vision to be an enabler on both the economic and social front. On 26th March 2019, we announced we were divesting our investment in Careem inc., with an exit value of SAR 1.78 billion, through the acquisition of Careem by Uber technologies inc.
