Almosafer, the Kingdom’s leading omni-channel travel brand, today announced its brand-new sponsorship deal with the Saudi Scholarship for Developing Football Talent (SSDFT), a project powered by the Ministry of Sports aimed at elevating Saudi Arabia’s sporting prowess on the world stage through nurturing future talent.
Through the agreement, Almosafer seeks to contribute to the Scholarship’s efforts in offering young Saudi talent a chance to develop their skills and become the next generation of international football stars. Being a staunch advocate for youth development in the Kingdom – evidenced by its young travel advisors and experts – Almosafer, through this announcement, aligns itself with the country’s Vision 2030 diversification plans and its new emphasis on sports.
The sponsorship deal will see Almosafer feature as the official brand sponsor of the Saudi Future Falcons team enabling the recognition of Saudi football on the global sporting map over the next 8 months. During this time, the Saudi Future Falcons will also participate in the Al Abtal International Cup, a U19 football competition, promoted by the Ministry of Sports of Saudi Arabia, which was born in 2021 with the aim of projecting the future stars of international football. Other teams taking part in the tournament include youth teams from Real Madrid, Liverpool, Sporting Lisbon and more.
