Qimam is a fellowship programme that identifies, develops and empowers the most promising and distinguished university students across Saudi Arabia to achieve their full potential. We didn’t have to think twice before extending our support because we understand the importance of nurturing our young professionals as well.
Qimam Fellowship is built on the belief that Saudi Arabia abounds with extraordinary young talent, and that developing these young minds is one of the best investments for a brighter future. In its inaugural year in 2018, more than 13,000 candidates applied to the programme and in 2019, more than 17,000 candidates applied. Only fifty were admitted following a very rigorous evaluation process, including two in-person interviews with senior leaders from the public and private sector.
Seera Group proudly covers all travel and accommodation expenses for the fellowship, which was founded, and continues to be supported, by McKinsey & Company.
